Return and Refund Policy

At Solevon Sneakers, we sell and ship our products to customers within the United States and internationally. This policy complies with applicable U.S. federal and Florida state consumer protection laws, as well as Shopify Payments requirements.


Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed;

  • Be in original condition;

  • Have all original tags attached;

  • Be returned in the original packaging.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear;

  • Hygiene-sensitive items once unsealed or worn;

  • Final sale or clearance items clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.


Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect;

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

If confirmed, Solevon Sneakers will cover all reasonable return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund.
